Ingredients

  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 500 gmcurd
  3. 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger and green chilli
  4. 10Raisins
  5. 10Cashews nuts
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. 1/4 tsppaprika powder
  8. 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  9. 2 tspSugar
  10. To tasteSalt
  11. 150 mllitchi juice
  12. As needed Tamarind chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Boil milk
    Reached boiling point add curd.

    Filter chhena
    Mash them with the help of palm
    Make smooth and creamy

    Stuff ginger, green chilli, cashew & raisin
    Give them shape

    Boil water with sugar
    Add 150 ml litchi juice
    Add balls in boiling water
    Cook 5min

  5. 5

    Then cool down
    Squeeze gullas
    Pour into curd sprinkle salt, cumin powder, paprika powder and chat masala
    Add chutney
    Garnish with coriander leaves
