Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 6boiled idlis
  2. 1 cuphung curd
  3. 2 tspmint chutney
  4. 2 tsptamarind chutney
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  9. 2 tspsev
  10. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  11. 1/2 cup coriander
  12. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Take Cooked idlis

    Cut by four pieces.

    Put into oil do deep fry until it gets golden colour.

    Take all fried idlis,then take a serving plate pour hung curd(beat) over fried idli pieces

  5. 5

    Then sprinkle salt,chilli powder,cumin powder,chat masala,green chutney

  6. 6

    Then add onion,sev,pour curd and pour tamarind chutney and decorate pomegranate seeds,coriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
