Marble chocolate cookies

My son has been asking for cookies the whole week, as usual I did my research on simple cookies recipes. I saw one recipe by Wanjiku Lucia that uses batter. I went to the shop and bought a big nozzle. I got home all excited, I waited for my son to arrive from school at 4pm so that we could do the cookies together.
When I took the piping bag, I realized it was smaller in size, it couldn't work with a bigger nozzle. I had to look for another recipe that doesn't require a nozzle... That's when I came across this recipe...

I made my favorite kind of cookies, and they were delicious!!!The cookies spread out a bit when baked, so line them up on the baking sheet with some room between them. If you chill the dough for a bit in a freezer, it will be easier to slice. You can use the dough to make cut-out cookies too. Recipe by pocky25 cookpad.japan -

Sublime Marble Cookies Sublime Marble Cookies
I did some research and came up with this recipe for attractive cookies that won't fall apart when you want to carry them somewhere! The cookies will look best if you take them out of the oven before the plain parts get too brown! If you use granulated sugar, they'll have more crunch. If you use Japanese white sugar, they'll be crispy but less crunchy. Powdered sugar will give you really elegant cookies. These cookies won't crumble easily, so they're perfect for gifts. Recipe by kaisyan cookpad.japan -

I created this because my kids asked me to make chocolate cookies. Originally I was planning to make snowball cookies with vegetable oil, but I thought I should make different cookies once in a while. So I made cookies with margarine and vegetable oil I uploaded this recipe because these turned to be unexpectedly crispy. The dough doesn't need to come together. When it's crumbly, it's ready. Cute Little Red Riding Hood Icebox Cookies Cute Little Red Riding Hood Icebox Cookies
I am currently experimenting with cute icebox cookies that are also crispy and delicious!I adjusted the amount of light brown sugar to suit my taste...And, I figured out how to shape the dough more easily. It takes a bit of effort, but you'll be pleased when you cut the cookies. If the dough is difficult to handle when shaping, chill it in the freezer for 5 minutes. If left in the freezer for too long, the dough will break apart easily when cut. Make sure to transfer to the fridge from the freezer after 20 minutes. Recipe by En93 cookpad.japan
