  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 4-5Crushed green chillies
  4. 1 tablespoonand as required oil

    Roast rice flour in a pan till it becomes hot. (Doesn't need to change colour).

    In a pan heat 1 & 1/2 cup water.

    Add salt, 1 tablespoon oil and crushed green chillies.

    When it comes to boil add roasted rice flour and combine well.

    Cook till mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.

    Switch off the flame, cover with lid and rest for 5-10 minutes.

    Now Knead the mixture with hand and make form of dough.

    Grease 'chakli/Sev maker' and 'noodles plate 'with oil.

    Fill rice flour mixture into. close the lid.

    Drop rice noodles directly on the greased steamer thali with Sev maker'.

    Steam rice noodles for 7-10 minutes in steamer.

    Transfer to a plate, pour oil and sprinkle methi masala over it according to your choice. Enjoy.
