Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 250 gmsblack gram(Kala chana)
  2. 2sliced onions
  3. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. For garnishing
  9. 1small onion slices
  10. 1tomato chopped
  11. 1cucumber Chopped
  12. 1Lemon juice
  13. to taste chaat masala
  14. 1/2 tspblack salt
  15. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  16. 1-2Chopped green chillies
  17. 2Whole green chillies and lemon slice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a cooker,add black grams, Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,oil onions slices and 2 cups water.Pressure cook the grams until well combined and soft.

    Now in a bowl take the cooked gram

    Add chaat masala,black salt, chopped green chillies,cumin powder,lemon juice and mix well.

    Now garnish the chaat with chopped tomato and cucumber and onion slices

  5. 5

    Serve with green chillies and lemon slice

  6. 6

    Your lipsmacking chana chaat is ready to tease your taste buds.
