Ingredients

  1. 3 kgraw mango
  2. 2 packetReadymade achar masala
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 tablespoonshaldi powder
  5. as neededOil
  6. 1 pinchhing

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut mangoes into small pieces

  2. 2

    Add turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 2 hours.

    Now keep all pieces of raq mangoes into sunlight

  4. 4

    Griend mango achar masala.

  5. 5

    Add masala into raw mangoes

  6. 6

    Add sarso oil and mix well

  7. 7

    Achar ir ready, stirr it after a day or 2 days.
