Strawberry Cheesecake Tart Strawberry Cheesecake Tart
It just so happens to be the season that strawberries appear, and I wanted to bake a X'mas cake tart in this season. Strawberries and cheesecake go together really well. As for the crust portion of the cheese cake, it feels like the love child of cheese soufflé and baked cheese. It is more rich than fluffy, but is lighter than baked. It is moderately sweet, so you can eat as much as you like .*The trick behind making the tart crust is to not knead it, and to use well-chilled butter. Please look at the other detailed tips and photos as well as the reference recipes . In order to make this well, make sure to return the cream cheese to room temperature. Also, if you use an oven timer when making the cheese filling, whipped cream, and strawberry sauce, then you can save some time. *This time I used about 1 1/2 packs of strawberries. Use this as a frame of reference . Recipe by Koharumama cookpad.japan -

Fresh Strawberry Tart Fresh Strawberry Tart
My daughter pesters me to make this for her.If you mix the custard cream VERY well immediately after heating in the microwave, you shouldn't get lumps. However, if you do happen to get lumps, please strain. Please adjust the cooking time according to your microwave's wattage. If you spread the tart crust dough while in the wrap, it's easier. Fruit Tart Fruit Tart
I wanted to eat a fruit-filled tart on a hot summer's day, so I made this.Mixing a little custard to the filling is unbelievably delicious.Use your favorite fruits; the pastry glaze will dry and coat them beautifully, and I recommend it. Bananas and apples brown easily so sprinkle a little lemon juice before topping on the cake. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan -

Cranberry Curd Tart Cranberry Curd Tart
This amazing, vibrantly-colored tart is a great alternative to holiday pies. Its mild tartness is a welcome change from the excess of sweet desserts typically available during the holidays. Plus, you don’t have to struggle with making a perfect pie crust! A quick bake of only the crust also means that your oven can be freed up for other baking endeavors. I’ve made this tart twice. It sets up beautifully, and the texture of the filing is sooooo smooth. I highly recommend giving it a try if you can get your hands on some cranberries. Miniature Strawberry Tart Miniature Strawberry Tart
It's much easier to create various kinds of tarts with mini tarts, so I tried my hand at making mini tarts. The tart molds used in the picture are Matfer brand; about 6cm in diameter. If you pre-chill the shallow container for the custard in the refrigerator, it'll come out even better . You will have cream leftover. You might also want to try adding in some vanilla beans. Kabocha Tart Kabocha Tart
I made it to take to a Halloween party for grown-ups.There is no need to strain the squash. I used a wooden pestle, which worked fine. If you want to taste bits of kabocha in the filing, it would be good to use a fork or masher instead to keep some lumpy consistency. I used mango jam because I thought it wouldn't overpower the sweetness of the squash. The glaze is optional. Recipe by Chef Kei cookpad.japan
