  2. 1 cupBajra flour
  3. 1grated beetroot
  4. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  5. 1 teaspooncarom seeds
  6. to tasteSalt as per taste

    Put beetroot in grinder and grind it and strain with strianer.

    Then take both flours add salt, chat masala and make dough with Beetroot juice.

    Take Puri size dough and make roti and cut in the shape of heart.

    Now take heart and put one by one in each one and give flowe shapes. Make all like this.

    Put kadhai on flame add oil heat it then deep fry all flowers.
