My Pork & Mushroom,Balsamic Mustard

Ingredients

  1. 300 gTenderloin pork cut up
  2. 250 gButton Mushrooms whole
  3. 1 tblsolive oil
  4. 1/2 CupWhite Wine
  5. 1 tblsDijon mustard
  6. 1 tblswholegrain mustard
  7. 2 tblsBalsamic Vinegar
  8. 1heaped tsp corn flour
  9. 2 tblscold water

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat up the oil and fry until the pork is coloured

  2. 2

    Add the Balsamic vinegar and stir

  3. 3

    Then add both the mustards and stir

  4. 4

    Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low

  5. 5

    Add the Corn flour to the water mix then add to the pork bake to thicken stir in

    Then add the tomato sauce and stir in

  9. 9

    Serve hot with new potatoes and veg

It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
