A fun way to serve a classic salmon recipe. My kids love this - they enjoy taking the cubes off the skewers!
Cooking Instructions

Mix the dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a bowl

Dip each cube of salmon in the marinade, coating each side. Let the salmon stand at room temp for 15 minutes

Meanwhile preheat the grill to a medium heat and soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes

Cut the lemons each into 8 wedges and thread a wedge onto each skewer, followed by an equal number of salmon cubes then another lemon wedge

Grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently
- 6
Serve with a garden salad
