This week it's potato challenge and the are lots of benefits in potatoes. Potatoes has more potassium than banana, fibre and a good source of vitamin B6
Cooking Instructions

Peel the skins of those previously boiled potatoes then chopped and diced them.

Then add the diced peppers
- 3
Season it with Aromat and ground pepper
- 4
Mix well then add Mayonnaise. Stir to mix and combine.
- 5
The salad is done and can be served.
