Creamy Potato Soup
This Creamy Potato Soup Is one of my family's favorites and one of the most comforting meals you can make for your family!
Cooking Instructions

In a large pot cook the bacon until it becomes crispy for about 7-8 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside.

Add the butter and melt it over medium heat, add flour and stir constantly for about 1 minute.

Add your onions, carrots, chicken stock, milk and potatoes and stir well...

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce the heat to medium, cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender

Add salt and pepper to taste, chives, cheese and cooked bacon and stir everything together.

Ladle your soup into serving bowls, top with more cheese and enjoy!!
