Cooking Instructions

Cut the onion in thin slices.

Cut green chillies and ginger into thin long pieces.

Cut the carrot in not very thin jullians.
- 4
Keep the carrot jullians in boiling hot water for just 5minutes so that it becomes a little softer.

Keep all the ingredients in a bowl.

Take two table spoons of mango pickle.
- 7
Mix this pickle with onion carrots, green chillies and the ginger.
- 8
Keep it for ten minutes.
- 9
It's ready for eating with poori aaloo, chole bhutre or any other dish.
