Ingredients

  2. Waterleaf
  3. Perewinkles
  4. Stockfish
  5. Beef
  6. Palm oil
  7. Iru
  8. Maggi and salt
  9. Dry pepper
  10. Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    After boiling the meat and stockfish with salt and maggi add the crayfish

  2. 2

    Add dry pepper and then the palm oil

  3. 3

    Let it cook for 5minutes and add the iru and perewinkles

  4. 4

    Stir it and cook for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add the ugu and waterleaves and stir well and taste the soup for seasoning

  6. 6

    Let it cook for 4-5 minutes and put down
