Marble pound cake with dry fruits

Ingredients

  1. 100 gbutter
  2. 100 gsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 120 gflour
  5. 1 small Tbsp baking powder
  6. 2big Tbsp cacao powder
  7. dry fruits
  8. 30 gmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Mix stirred eggs with 1

  3. 3

    Mix half of filtered flour and baking powder

  4. 4

    Mix another half and dry fruits

  5. 5

    Mix cocoa powder with milk

  6. 6

    Add 1/3 of the mix from step 4 into 5 for chocolate dough.

  7. 7

    Mix with step 6 and the rest of step 4 and make it marble

  8. 8

    Pour it into the mould and bake it under 170c for 40mins

  9. 9

    **Dry fruits are better to be minced. Also good to put under rum or some alcohol
