Dal Makhani is a delicious & tasty dish of all ,We also call it langar wali dal .Bhi easy & tasty receipe .
Cooking Instructions

Wash & rinse the dals & rajma,soak in a cooker for 2 hours.

After 2 hours,add chopped onions, tomatoes,ginger & all the ingredients except kassori methi in it.

Cover the cooker with lid & give it 1 whistle,Slow down the flame &cook for 30 minutes.

Let it cool down & open the lid.Check if all the pulses & properly cooked or not.If not give it another 2 or 3 whistles.

Take a pan,pour 2 tbsp desi ghee in it.

When it heatsup add cumin seeds & crushed garlic,let it crack down.

Pour this tarka on the Dal.

Garnish with kasuri methi & cream,Serve hot with tandoori roti or naan.
