Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 4-5potatoes
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 2 tspgreen coriander
  6. 1 tspchat masala
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspanardaana
  10. Pinchhing
  11. To tastesalt
  12. For shallow fryingButter

Cooking Instructions

    Add wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl and little water and make a smooth dough.

    Rest dough for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add mashed potatoes, green chillies, green coriander, anardaana, chat masala, garam masala, Red chilli powder, hing and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Make balls with the dough. Roll it with the help of roller pin.

  5. 5

    Fill with potatoes mixture and roll it again.

  6. 6

    Put paratha on tawa, add butter and shallow fry from both sides.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with green coriander chutney.
