  1. 1 cupRice
  2. 1 litreMilk
  3. 1 tbspDry fruit pieces
  4. 2 tablespoonsGhee
  5. 1/2 cupSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice and drain to remove water. Now heat ghee in a pan and roast dry fruit pieces for 1 min and take them out of pan.

    Now add rice in same pan and roast rice till golden brown. Take them out.

  3. 3

    Now add milk in same pan and let it boil. Add roasted rice in milk and stir again and again. Heat till rice get cooked. It may take 10 to 15 mins.

    Once rice are cooked add roasted dry fruits and serve hoy
