Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmilk
  2. 1/3 cuprice
  3. to tasteSeasonal fruit cut in small slices
  4. 3-4 tablespoonSugar
  5. 3 tablespoonCustard powder
  6. as neededDry fruit

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk

    Add rice cook on low to medium flame for 15-20minutes

  3. 3

    Add sugar

  4. 4

    Custard powder firstly put in cold water mix well now add in milk

  5. 5

    Switch off the gas after 4-5minutes

  6. 6

    Add fruit and garnish with dry fruit

  7. 7

    Keep this in freeze for 3-4hours

  8. 8

    Fruit custard is ready to eat
