Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak Urad Dal for 3-4hrs

Grind in grinder to make a smooth paste without adding water.

Heat oil in wok.Add salt to the Dal batter and whisk with hand 2mins.

Make wadas with Dal batter on your palm deep fry on medium heat.Take out once light brown.

In another bowl take little hot water and keep putting Fried wadas in it.Soak them 10mins or till soft.

Beat Dahi with sugar,some salt in a big bowl.

Now squeeze out all the wadas out of water and put them in Dahi.Cover the wadas with Dahi.

Sprinkle Chaat masala,red chilli powder, pomegranate, Coriander and imli chutni.

Serve and enjoy the yummy Dahiwadas!!!
