Wash urad dal for 2 to 3 times in running water.
Now soak it for 4 to 6 hours in water.
Drain out all the water from it. - 2
Grind it in the mixture and make thick and smooth batter from it by adding little water to it.
Add samolina to it.
Add all the above mention ingredients to it and mix it well.
Now heat oil in a khadhai. - 3
Now wet ur hands and take batter in a palm and make hole in between with the help of thumb and then after slowly and steadily drop it in oil.
Likewise make all the wadas from the batter. - 4
And fry it untill it becomes golden brown in colour and crispy texture wise on medium flame.
Now drop all medu wada on absorbent paper to remove excess oil from it.Now serve it with green chutney or coconut chutney and enjoy this scrumptious southindian
