Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak the rice for like 12hours

Drain the soaked water and add the cooked rice, mix, blend it until became smooth

Add yeast, mix it very well, keep it in a warm place, it will rise

Add a pinch of sugar salt and baking powder

Use a pan design for making masa (tanda)

Heat oil in masa pan,pour it, fry it for some mins, then turn it to other side and allow it to fry until golden brown

When it done Remove it from the pan, serve with sugar, honey and miyar taushe.

I found this on all recipes its the exact same recipe I just copy pasted it to here anyway I made a double batch and all 24 were gone with in 10 minutes I'm not kidding either. They were delicious and really easy to make. I would strongly recommend making these if you have the time Autumn -
