Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice(shinkafar two)
  2. 1/2 cupbilled rice
  3. 1 spoonactive yeast
  4. Pinchsugar
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Pinchbaking powder
  7. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak the rice for like 12hours

  2. 2

    Drain the soaked water and add the cooked rice, mix, blend it until became smooth

  3. 3

    Add yeast, mix it very well, keep it in a warm place, it will rise

  4. 4

    Add a pinch of sugar salt and baking powder

  5. 5

    Use a pan design for making masa (tanda)

  6. 6

    Heat oil in masa pan,pour it, fry it for some mins, then turn it to other side and allow it to fry until golden brown

  7. 7

    When it done Remove it from the pan, serve with sugar, honey and miyar taushe.
