Cooking Instructions

Wash paan patta and Dry it.

Take Grind jar. Add Paan patta, Methai, cashew Nuts, Pista and Elaichi powder.

Make paste.

Heat pan. Add dedicated Cocount. Roast it on very low flame for 2-3 Min. So that colour of coconut does not change.

Now add in this grinded paan paste.

Mix it well it properly with help of spatula.

Cool it.

Now take modak mould fill with mixture and put small size ball of gulkand in center. Close modak mold and press it. Now open mold.

Sprinkle some Desiccated coconuton Modak.

Now Paan modak is ready for Ganesh Ji.
