  1. 200 gmtender pointed gourd
  2. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  3. 3-4green chillies
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. To tastesalt and sugar
  6. As neededoil and milk

Cooking Instructions

    Take all the ingredients in a blender except oil,nigella seeds

    Blend it with milk to a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and fry the paste
