Take a pan heat the ghee.

Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and roast it.

Now add onion, potato, tomato and cook it.

Add turmeric powder, salt,red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix it.

Now wash the poha and put into the pan and mix it.

Poha is ready to serve.
