Prawn chips

Simply amazing dessert for your sweet tooth! :) This was like a homemade ice cream cake that was very popular in Filipino homemade dessert.

It taste delicious and my family like it so much.

I like potato chips like Pringles and Chitato..but sometimes the flavor is too savory for me coz of all the MSG they added..so i decided to try and make it myself without adding MSG.

Ken, the longer you bake them the crispier they get. I like mine crispy like potato chips which in this case is the healthier version! :-)

Beetroots do not come in favourite food list of almosteverbody. So I tried making chips which are favourite of all and can be enjoyed with dip, tea or as you like.

No Nacho Chips? No Problem! Every year my father gifts us his famous homemade salsa and sometimes I find myself without any chips to dip! Which is like pouring cereal wt no milk! (face palm!) Saw this before somewhere and decided to give it a try! Worked like a Charm! #chips

I'm always looking for a way to vegan-ize common recipes and this mixture is gold. I was surprised how yummy it turned out in comparison to other mixtures I've tried. It wasn't super dense like my other attempts. I like that it was sweet as well (without being overpowering). ☺️

Had chips like this at chocolate store when i was little living on the east coast and now i wanted it again and I live in Midwest and to far.

In my opinion these are way tastier than potato chips. The cassava cooks up crispier so they taste more like a kettle cooked chip.The ingredient list is basic. You just need an amount of oil for a deep fryer and salt is simply added a little bit at a time. No need to measure anything!

I seriously would have a better picture for you if my darling husband, teenager, toddler weren't eating it as fast as it comes. This is a huge hit. I opted homemade, as my husband and I have heart problems. I keep it low fat, low sodium for our sake.
