Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlAloo chopped
  2. 1 bowlMangodi
  3. Red chilli to taste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tbspCoriander
  6. 1 tspTurmeric
  7. 2 tbspOil
  8. 1 tspCumin

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin and mangodi and roast it till a aroma and nice brown colour of mangodi

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and aloo with 3 cups of water

  4. 4

    Let it boil for 15 minutes in low flame or untill aloo get soft.

    It's ready
