Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 cupsour/butter milk (optional)
  5. 3 Tbssugar
  6. 1banana
  7. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the flour, sugar and baking powder together

  2. 2

    Mix the egg, milk and mashed banana together and add to the flour mixture

  3. 3

    Add water as you stir to your preferred consistency

  4. 4

    It may have persistent small lumps that shouldn't alarm you, it's probably the banana

  5. 5

    Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat

  6. 6

    Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.

    Let it heat through until the top is no longer runny

  8. 8

    Flip and add oil to go under it

  9. 9

    Let it brown slightly on that side then remove from the heat
