Ingredients

  1. 10medium potatoes
  2. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Cooking oil to deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Bring water to a boil add, turmeric and salt.

    Put the potatoes and let them boil for 10 minutes drain the water

  3. 3

    In another pan heat your oil and deep fry the potatoes.

  4. 4

    Serve with stew, choma or kachumbari
