Ingredients

  1. irish potatoes
  2. pepper
  3. dried rosemary
  4. garlic powder, salt tumeric and paprika
  5. cooking oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peal the potatoes and wash. boil the potatoes in a slightly salted water for 10 minutes or until tender or soft. as you boil make sure it is covered

  2. 2

    Drain the potatoes with the lid and give them a good shape. (rough them up, this will help them to crops up nicely)

  3. 3

    In another bowl, mix oil, salt, pepper, Rosemary, garlic powder, turmeric, paprika then stir to mix everything

  4. 4

    Add the potatoes and mix with your hands to coat all the potatoes

  5. 5

    Line a baking tray with a parchment paper and spread out tomatoes and bake in a medium heat oven for 20min

  6. 6

    Turn the potatoes after that time and cook again for 20 min until golden and crispy. remove from heat and serve
