Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 packeteno
  4. Pinchturmeric powder
  5. 2 tbsppowder sugar
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 2 tsplemon juice
  8. For tadka:
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  11. 4-5green chilli
  12. 4-5curry leaves
  13. Khattha mitha pani for dhokla:
  14. 2 cupwater
  15. 2 tsplemon juice
  16. to tastesalt
  17. 2 tspsugar
  18. 1 tspgreen coriander
  19. for garnish:
  20. 2 tsppomegranate seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Put besan, turmeric powder, powder sugar, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl.

    Add water and make a batter.

  3. 3

    Rest batter for 20 minutes.

    Now add eno mix it well.

  5. 5

    Grease oil in a mold pour this batter and steam for 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves when splutters add water take a boil.

    Now add salt, lemon juice,sugar and green coriander, mix well.

    Cut dhokla into pieces, spread khattha mitha pani in dhokla.

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
