Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmutton keema
  2. 1/2 kgonions
  3. Garlic n Ginger paste
  4. 1.5 cupsall purpose flour
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Tumeric powder
  7. Dhana Jeera
  8. Garam Masala
  9. Green Chillies (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the keema in a saucepan let it cook until dry

    Add salt,ginger n garlic paste,Turmeric powder.Mix well then add dhana jeera n garam masala

  3. 3

    Put in the finely chopped onions n chillies

  4. 4

    Mix well for 5 mins n put aside to cool.

    For Manda:All purpose flour n lemon juice n make a dough

    Make into small balls.Then roll like poori.Put oil on each n sprinkle some flour n put one on top of the other n roll into a big Chapati n cut

    Fold n fill n deep fry!!

    Enjoy with chutney of ur choice n tea
