Ingredients

  1. biscuits dough
  2. 115 gButter/Margarine
  3. 250 gall purpose flour
  4. 96 gicing sugar
  5. 1 Tspbaking powder
  6. 4 Tbspunsweetened cocoa
  7. 2 Tbspmilk
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Dropsvanilla essence
  10. cream
  11. 57 gButter
  12. 128 gIcing Sugar
  13. 2 TbspCocoa
  14. 2 Tbspsweetened Cocoa
  15. 1 TbspMilk

Cooking Instructions

    Cream together icing sugar and butter/Margarine.Add the vanilla essence. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder.

    Mix with hands to form crumbs.

    Add milk and combine. If too soft, add alittle flour

  4. 4

    Form the dough.

  5. 5

    Place the dough on the parachment paper

  6. 6

    Place amother parachment paper ontop.

  7. 7

    Roll out the dough slowly, don't use so much force. It should be evenly rolled.

    Cut into squares. Let them not be too thin.

    Using a toothpick or skewer to make holes. Sprinkle alittle sugar if you wish.

    Bake for 10-15mins. Line Baking sheet with foil first then parachment paper.

    Remove and let it cool.

    For the cream. Put all the ingredients together and mix well. Use it to sandwich the biscuits.
