Ingredients

  1. 173 gflour
  2. 195 gsugar
  3. 40 gcocoa powder
  4. 9eggs separated
  5. Vanilla essence

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 180 degrees

    Separate the egg whites n yolk

  3. 3

    Whisk the egg whites until they form still peak.

  4. 4

    Add in the yolks one at a time as you beat.

    Add the essence

    Add sugar a tablespoon at a time to avoid deflating the mixture.

  7. 7

    Sift the flour n cocoa. Fold in gently with a spatula

  8. 8

    Pour the batter in a greased baking tin and bake for 35-45 mins at 180 degrees.

    Decorate to your liking
