Ingredients

  1. Flattened chicken breast
  2. Salt and pepper
  3. 1 cupButter milk
  4. 1 cupFlour
  5. to tasteNutmeg
  6. to tasteWhite pepper
  7. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Pound chicken till flat and cut into strips

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken breast in buttermilk and some garlic powder for ten to 15mins

  3. 3

    Add flour n spices to a plate n drenge

  4. 4

    Shallow fry until golden

  5. 5

    Serve with a sauce.
