  2. 1 kgmeat cut into cubes
  3. 2 cupspeas boiled
  4. 1/2 cupcarrots cut into cubes
  5. 1beef chilli cube
  6. garlic paste
  7. cooking oil
  8. salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the meat until soft and tender. washa and prepare the onion, chop tomatoes and carrots

    Stir continuously for a minute then add the tomatoes and cover for 5 mins an medium heat. Add salt

    Stir continuously for a minute then add the tomatoes and chilli cube cover for 5 mins an medium heat.

    Add a cup of hot water once it boils add the peas and carrot. leave to cook for 5 mins. serve hot.

    Can be served with mashed potatoes, rice or pasta
