Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice with warm water and salt for 10mins.Wash it,add some hot water to it,add Curry powder to it and allow to parboil.Wash your chicken with lemon and vinegar,put it in a pot,add garlic,dried ginger,salt,seasoning,onion to it and cook.Fry the chicken and keep aside.

    When it get soft a little wash an drain in a colander.In a clean pot add your chicken stock and coconut milk allow to boil,add the rice,seasoning,salt,garlic and ginger.Cook until it gets soft.D ivied the rice into batches.

    Wash and cut the carrot,green pepper, green beans and yellow Pepper.Place your pan or pot on fire add the butter and veg.oil as required,add Onion and the veggies,add the shredded coconut,add Curry and thyme and stir fry,divide the stir fried veggies into batches,add the first batch of rice to the veggies,stir until it done.

    Do same to the other batches until you're done.Serve with coleslaw
