Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tbsmargarine
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1 tbscinnamon
  6. 1 cupwarm milk

Cooking Instructions

    Measure all your ingredients and set aside

    Mix flour, sugar,salt and cinnamon. Ensure its well mixed. You may use a whisk to do the mixing

    Add margarine and rub it it

    Make a well and add the milk. mix it well, then knead it

  5. 5

    Put the dough in a clean bowl and cover it 40 mins for the dough to relax

    Spread it on the surface and cut to the shape you want

    Put it in deep frying oil. The number you put depends on the size of your deep frying equipment

  8. 8

    Remove when golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve it with tea or your favourite beverage
