Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlRajma
  2. 1/2 bowlurad dal
  3. to taste salt
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  7. 4 tspclarified butter
  8. 2 tspAmul fresh cream
  9. 1 tspgarlic paste
  10. 1 tspginger paste
  11. 2 pincheshing
  12. 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  13. 2 tsptomato puree
  14. 2onions chopped
  15. 2 tspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take rajma and urad dal wash and soak overnight.

    Take a pressure cooker add water when water boils add mustard oil,salt,turmeric powder,ajwain,hing,garlic,ginger,chopped green chillies and dal with rajma cook for 45 minutes at slow heat.

    After 45 minutes take a wok add clarified butter heat then add onion saute add tomato puree and red chilli powder mix.

    Then add dal and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Garnish green coriander and amul fresh cream.
