Ingredients

  1. 300 gbeef
  2. Traditional vegetables/kienyeji
  3. 2big tomatoes
  4. 1hoho
  5. 1onion
  6. 4 tbscooking oil
  7. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop your beef into small pieces then boil with salt till soft or tender.

  2. 2

    Drain the excess water then allow it to dry over low heat.

  3. 3

    Add oil for cooking the fry till a bit brown

  4. 4

    Add onions and hoho then cook for 2mins.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and mix. Cover to cook abit.

  6. 6

    Serve with some kienyeji and Ugali
