Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsrice(Shinkafa Tuwo)
  2. 2 handfulCooked rice
  3. Halfteaspoon yeast
  4. Halfcup of flour
  5. Pinchbaking powder
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Sock your rice for 2hours. Wash it to remove all the dirt. Add the cooked rice and take it for grinding o blend it.

    Add your yeast(mix in one direction), allow it to raise. Add your flour and baking powder and mix. Set your Masa pan sprinkle oil and start soya.

    As for your sinasir you fry it in your non stick pan.
