Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180° for 10 minutes.grease the pan.separate all the eggs and beat the whites on high speed until it forms soft peak.mix all the dry ingredients and sift twice

In a separate bowl beat the yolks using a hand whisk,add vanilla,water and oil and mix

Add all the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated.the consistency should be a bit thick.fold in the whites in small bits

Bake it at 180 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick some out clean
- 5
For the syrup,put water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil and stir.let the mixture boil for 5 minutes then 1 tsp vanilla

Once the cake and syrup cool completely,cut the cakes into layers.put the sugar syrup on the layers as u assemble then decorate it
