  1. 5medium potatoes
  2. 2 tbsvinegar
  3. 1/2 TspSalt
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. leafRosemary
  6. 1 tspTumeric
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 1/4 tspred pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your potatoes and soak in salt and vinegar for 10mins.

    Preheat your oven.

    Mix potatoes and the pepper, black pepper and tumeric.

    Oil your baking tin

  5. 5

    Place the potatoes on the tin plus the Rosemary leaf, bake at 180 degrees for 20mins

  6. 6

    Enjoy with your best accompaniment.
