A delicious gujrati cuisine recipe which is prepared with besan.This yummy snacks recipe is an ideal dish to be served best with evening tea.
Cooking Instructions

To make khaman dhokla, take a bowl and add gram flour,water,lemon juice,and baking soda in it.mix all the ingredients. And allow the batter to make a balance fermant for 3 hrs. Mean while pour water in a steamer and greased them with the oil.

Pour the dhokla batter in the utensil and cook on a low flame for 25 mins.Check with knife or spoon after 25 mins wheather it is finely cook or not.If it's fine cooked take out from the stove,allow them for 10 mins and cut into pieces.

For tadka :Heat the pan with 3 tablespoon oil in a low medium flame. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,and slit green chillies,add half cup of water in the pan and allow it to boil.squeeze lemon,2 tsp of sugar. And switch off the flame.

Pour the tadka on the dhokla prepared and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut.
