Cooking Instructions

Mix together all maida, atta, salt and ghee. Use water and prepare a dough.

Heat a little oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds in it, crumbled paneer & coriander leaves, in it along with salt. Cook for a minute & add red chilli powder and garam masala powder in the pan and mix well all the ingredients.

Now, Put the Paneer mixture in the middle of this dough. Seal the dough properly as if you were making a modak. Press lightly and roll into a circular shape again.

Take a pan and put a spoon of butter. Put the dough onto it, and cook them on both sides, using a heated girdle, until it is crispy and brown.
