Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 cupschopped mushroom
  2. 1-2 cloveschopped garlic
  3. 2 table spoonbutter
  4. 3 table spoonvegetable oil
  5. 1/2 cupchopped fresh parsley
  6. 1 cuplight cream
  7. 2-3 cupschicken broth or water
  8. to tasteSalt and black pepper
  9. 1dry onion, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare and Chop mushrooms,set aside chop onions, melt butter with vegetable oil,add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are soft

    Add mushrooms cook until it’s water evaporated blend with flour

  3. 3

    Add boiled water, salt, pepper. Then add cream. Cover and cook in low flame about10 more minutes serve with parsley.

I used to be a runner. One day middle of the run, I had my feet numb up to my knee. It was sciatica from a car accident years ago. Then because having problems with my Achilles, I started using a cane. Now I changed my diet completely... no more sugar or process foods. My recent recipes are vegetarian, I do not eat meat anymore!
