Ingredients

  1. 2 cupLeft over dal
  2. 1 cupWheat flour
  3. 1Chopped onion
  4. 1 tspAjwain
  5. 1 tspKasuri methi
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Add all(leave oil)in wheat flour and make a soft dough

    Leave for 20 minutes

    Make a ball of dough, Roll small in rolling board

  4. 4

    Apply oil and make a Parantha shape

  5. 5

    Roll on rolling board, heat tawa on high flame

  7. 7

    Put Parantha on hot tawa and cook both sides for one-one minutes.apply oil and cook for few seconds both sides...make all Parantha one by one

  8. 8

    Serve hot Parantha with curd/achar and make it more healthy serve 25g paneer with this
