Homemade Bread with Earl Grey Tea Yeast
I didn't drink the tea that was given to me as a gift, so I turned it into yeast.I have turned caramel and fruity teas such as apple tea into yeast, but earl grey tea produces the most fragrant kind.Green tea and coffee also ferment, but the bread doesn't rise properly with those. It's difficult to ferment with just the tea leaves, so add in sugar. If the sweetness is still left after adding in the fermenting liquid, then reduce the amount of sugar a bit.The fermented tea took 10 days to come to the surface in seasons with chilly temperatures. Unique Onion Gratin Soup Made with Sandwich Bread
I make this often at home. My husband and child love it.If you don't have sandwich bread, you can of course use french bread. If the soup is tepid, the bread will soak it up, so be sure to place the bread in hot soup, and place it in the oven immediately. Recipe by Anna.

Caramel Rusks * With Sandwich Bread
It's delicious to eat the crusts from the sandwiches as is, but I wanted to make them caramel flavoured, which my kids love, so I created this recipe. If you think there is not enough caramel sauce, you can add more sugar and butter for your desired amount.I used 3 tablespoons of sugar and 15 g of butter for my family, but this is for my kids so I recommend 6 tablespoons of sugar and 30 g of butter. If you use water instead of milk, the taste will be light. If you use nondairy creamer instead of milk, the taste will be rich. Recipe by *jUN*

Quickly Baked in a Bread Maker: Oil-free and Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm worried about the amount of bad cholesterol that my family is consuming, so I decided to come up with an oil-free, low-cholesterol bread recipe. If you enjoy a little less salt, then feel free to reduce the amount of salt. If you like sweeter bread, then add some sugar.Of course you can also use regular milk too. With the measurements of the flour, it's just supposed to reach a combined weight of 250 g. So don't sweat it if it's not exact!!This is fantastic for babies too. Recipe by Llimona

Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls
I wanted to make use of my knowledge of yakuzen herbal cuisine and to bake a bread that was good for the liver because it can easily lose its balance in spring. The ingredients in the bread are said to nourish not only the liver but also the spleen.-Grind the jasmine tea leaves in a mill. If you don't have a mill, use a mortar and pestle.-It might be easier to know when the proofing is complete if you let the dough rise in a plastic container with scale markings.-Adjust the oven temperature depending on your oven. For 4 buns. Recipe by Kenisan no ouchi yakuzen

Tea-Infused Bread Pudding with Prunes and Banana
Making use of the chewy texture of "Chojuku" brand sandwich bread, I created a nutritious recipe that can be cooked quickly even on a busy morning.I used a silicone steamer that won't create a lot of washing-up. You can start with a refreshing morning by the sweetness of fruits and the nice flavour of tea.Use a teabag without using a stapler. It's dangerous to microwave metallic objects. Just in case, take the paper label out.If you add the maple syrup to warmed milk, it will dissolve easily, and prevent the egg from hardening with the heat. For 1 serving (400 ml silicone steamer).
