Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsself raising flour
  2. 2 tbspmargarine
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cupmilk n 1/2cup water mix
  5. Methi n Ajwen optional

Cooking Instructions

    Put flour n salt in a basin.Add warm margarine n Mix properly.

    Make a soft dough with the milk n water mixture if it's less then add some more.Cover with a wet cloth for 2-3hrs to raise.Make medium size balls n roll

    Put oil in a karai n deep fry while pressing it smoothly

  4. 4

    Enjoy with mint chutney n pickles n chickpeas
