  1. Beef
  2. Ogbonor (grounded with Okpei)
  3. Onions(sliced/grated)
  4. Dry pepper
  5. Crayfish
  6. Knorr
  7. Salt
  8. Palm oil
  9. Ugwu
  10. Garri

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and season ur beef with salt,sliced onions and knorr,boil on its stock then add more water to cook till done and soft.

    While d beef is still cooking,put ur Ogbonor inside a small bowl,add oil mix well and place bowl inside d beef pot,cover and cook till d Ogbonor melts.

    Once d Ogbonor has melted,remove from d pot and set aside,

    Inside ur beef pot,add crayfish,dry pepper,grated onions, and Ogbonor, mix everything together and simmer for a few minutes.

    Add ur ugwu and simmer for 2-3 mins,ur soup is ready.

    For d Eba,boil very hot water,pour inside a bowl,add ur garri and allow to sit for abt 5-10mins.

    Once it sits, used wooden spatula and turn d garri vigorously till smooth.

    Mould to d shape of meat pie and serve with ur Ogbonor soup.
